Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 green onions, chopped
Recipe:
Heat sesame oil in a pan and scramble the eggs. Remove and set aside.
Sauté vegetables, then add rice and soy sauce.
Mix in eggs and green onions. Cook for 2–3 minutes and serve.
