Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients:
200g shrimp, peeled
200g spaghetti
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
Parsley, chopped
Recipe:
Cook spaghetti in salted water and set aside.
Heat olive oil and butter in a pan, then sauté garlic.
Add shrimp and cook until pink. Deglaze with wine and add lemon juice.
Toss with spaghetti and parsley, then serve.
